I earned my Master’s in Social Work magna cum laude from Temple University and bring both professional training and real-life insight into every session. My work blends evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and body-based practices like yoga, intuitive guidance (trusting what you feel in your body), and reiki. I’m trained in CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, with certifications in autism spectrum support and yoga for trauma (NECTAR).
