Welcome, I’m Zoe.
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), registered yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner offering integrative therapy for people who want more than surface-level solutions. My work is grounded in clinical training, guided by intuition, and shaped by lived experience.
I blend evidence-based practices with body-based and energetic tools to support mind-body-soul healing. Therapy with me isn’t rigid or one-size-fits-all. I tailor our work to you, your values, your history, and your goals.
I’m not a blank-slate therapist. I’ll show up as a real human and invite you to do the same. Whether we’re moving through trauma, anxiety, burnout, or chronic illness, I offer steady support, genuine conversation, and practical tools you can use between sessions.
Healing looks different for everyone. Some clients come to me for short-term support through a tough life transition. Others stay long-term to deepen their self-understanding, manage ongoing conditions, or rewrite long-held patterns.
Our work might include nervous system regulation, gentle lifestyle shifts, or personalized “homework," like yoga flows, journaling prompts, or nutritional guidance, all chosen to support the version of healing that feels right for you.
If you’re working with a doctor, nutritionist, functional medicine provider, or other specialists, I’m happy to be part of that team. I can help you bridge the emotional and behavioral side of healing, easing into new routines, processing medical diagnoses, and staying connected to your goals without burning out.
You’ll be met with compassion, not clinical detachment. And you’ll never be reduced to a diagnosis.
I support adults navigating:
Autoimmune conditions, chronic illness, and pain
ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence
Mood disorders including bipolar I and II, obsessive compulsive disorder, and anxiety.
Trauma, nervous system dysregulation, and complex PTSD
Identity exploration, grief, burnout, and spiritual disconnection
Many of my clients are deeply intuitive and sensitive individuals who’ve been told they’re “too much," or that their symptoms are “all in their head.” My work is about helping you feel seen, safe, and supported as you come home to yourself.

My approach is shaped not only by professional experience but also by my own journey. I’ve worked through inflammation, trauma, ADHD, chronic illness, and the grief of loss. I understand what it means to feel overwhelmed and unseen, and how powerful it can be to be met with curiosity, compassion, and real support.
Healing isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about remembering who you are. That’s the space I hold for my clients.
